How to enable an existing message template?

In the dashboard :

  • Click on the Hamburger Menu () → Setup → SMS Management () → Message Setupimage.pngimage.png
  • On an existing message with status INACTIVE, hover on the kebab menu under Actions Column.
  • Click on Enable.image.png
  • The message template has been enabled.
  • The Status of the message template transitions to ACTIVE.
