How to edit TAT Master

TAT(Turn-Around-Time) Master helps in defining the fields required for achieving the Turnaround time (TAT). TAT is the amount of time taken to complete a process or fulfil a request.

In the dashboard :

  • Click on the hamburger menu () → Setup → Express Booking Masters () → TAT Master

  • Click on the Update button.

  • A form shall appear with the excel to be uploaded to edit the TAT Masters.

  • Fill up the sample excel sheet and after uploading the filled sheet of the masters, click on the Yes button.

  • You’ve successfully edited an existing set of TAT Masters.
