How to add KYC mandatory fields

For any consignment delivery, the system requires the KYC verification of people who can collect the delivery.

In the dashboard :

  • Click on the hamburger menu (

    ) → Setup → App Flow Config (

  • Click on the dropdown menu at the top right and select the KYC option.image.png

  • Click the Add Newbutton. A form shall appear with required fields to be filled.image.png

    • Fill up the form and click on Add KYC Configbutton.image.png
    • You’ve successfully created a new KYC Config.
