How to create a Pincode Master

For any consignment, the system requires destination pin-codes to allocate hubs for delivery tasks, from where the last mile proceeds after the Middle Mile and pickup in the First Mile.

In the dashboard :

• Click on the hamburger menu () → Setup → Pincode ()

• Click on the Add New button.
• Method 1 - New Pincode option → A form shall appear with the required fields. This method is used to create a single Pincode allocation rule.

• Fill up the form and click on Add Pincode button.

  

• You’ve successfully created a new Pincode allocation rule for delivery.

• Method 2 - Upload Excel option → A file upload window appears. This method is used to create multiple Pincode allocation rules.

  

• Click on the Select From Computer button to upload your Excel sheet.

• One can also drag and drop your file into the space provided in the window.
• You can download a sample Excel file to understand what data has to be entered by clicking on the Download Sample Excel option from the window.
• You’ve successfully created a new Pincode allocation rule for delivery.
