How to create an Employee
Article jJh3AVRM · sourceEmployee- They are the one who can access the Operations Dashboard.
In the dashboard :

Click on the Hamburger Menu (

) → Setup → Employees (👨💼)

Click on the ADD NEW button

Method 1 - New {Employee } option → A form appears with the required fields to be filled.

Fill up the form with following fields:

Employee Name - The name of the Employee who will be accessing the Dashboard/Portal.

Employee Code - The Employee Code associated with Employee(Can also give a new code here).

Dashboard Username - When Employee Logs In, the name that will appear on dashboard.

Password
-
Mobile Number and Email of the Employee are not necessary fields.

After filling the whole form, You’ve successfully Created the employee.

Method 2 - Upload CSV option → A form appears with the required fields to be filled.

Click on Select from Computer to upload the Excel sheet.

One can also drag and drop the file into the space provided in the window.

You can download a sample Excel file to understand what data has to be entered by clicking on the Download Sample Exceloption from the window.

Click on the UploadandAdd button, you’ve successfully added the employees.
