How to edit the Pincode Master

For any consignment, the system requires destination pin-codes to allocate hubs for delivery tasks, from where the last mile proceeds after the Middle Mile and pickup in the First Mile.

In the dashboard :

• Click on the hamburger menu () → Setup → Pincode ()

• Method 1

  • Click on Edit Pincode button() under ACTION column → A form shall appear with existing data. This method is used to update a single pincode allocation rule.

• Update the existing data in the form. You’ve successfully updated an existing pincode allocation rule for delivery.

  

• Method 2

  • Click on UPLOAD EXCEL FOR UPDATE button. This method is used to update multiple pincode allocation rules.

• Click on Select From Computer button to upload your updated Excel sheet.

• One can also drag and drop your file into the space provided in the window.
• You can download a sample Excel file to understand what data has to be entered by clicking on Download Sample Excel option from the window.
• You’ve successfully updated multiple existing pincode allocation rules for delivery.
