Condition based Auto RTO

Based on the below defined conditions, RTO initiated status would be applied to the CN.

  1. Ageing Days: If the number of ageing days is more than the number of the defined days in the config, the CN would get marked as RTO-initiated automatically.
  2. Delivery Attempts: If the number of delivery attempts is more than the number of the defined attempts in the config, the CN would get marked as RTO-initiated automatically.
  3. Undelivered Reasons: If the applied undelivered reasons are also defined in the config, the CN would get marked as RTO-initiated automatically.image.png
