Opencart feature guide

INSTALLATION:

For Opencart, we need to download the plugin via the Opencart Marketplace OpenCart - DTDC Econnect Plugin and upload the zip file (format: dtdc-econnect.ocmod.zip):

Sync Orders:

• Login to Opencart dashboard (the interface looks as):

• Click on Sales → Orders, it opens up the orders list along with a side-pane for applying filters:

• We may select any required filter(s)- as Order ID/Customer/Order Status, etc & click on ‘filter’, to get the desired orders only:

• To sync the order, click on the dropdown below ‘Action’ button & select ‘Sync order’ (user has the option of edit/delete a particular order here):

• Clicking on Sync order redirects to the order details page & once the details (will be auto-fetched & can be modified too) furnished, click on submit & the page will show a pop-up -Order successfully synced!

  Here, the Service type drop down will show only the services available in virtual inventory.

Manage Orders:

On the orders page, single/multiple orders can be selected for manage orders:
