Stock Difference

Difference in Derive stock and System stock:

**>>**We have received several tickets from Cars24 regarding the aforementioned issue. The customers have reported a discrepancy in the stock recorded in StockOne.

**>>**To address this, we must first verify the quantities that have been inwarded and outwarded. To assess the inwarded stock, we will need to consult the Goods Receipt Note (GRN), Putaway, and Cycle Count reports. These documents will provide us with the inwarded quantities for specific SKUs and batches.

**>>**For the outwarded quantities, we will refer to the Picklist Summary, Invoice SKU Summary, and Inventory Adjustment Report. If the inwarded and outwarded stock quantities are equal, we can confirm that there is no discrepancy in the stock levels.

**>>**However, if we identify any discrepancies, we will need to investigate the transactions related to the specific SKU and batch in the backend. A mismatch may occur if there are open putaways and open picklists in the system. Once these pending tasks are resolved, the stock levels should align correctly.
