**Title**: Configuring charge heads and payout details excel

**Prerequisites (if applicable):** -

**Instructions:**

* Navigated to Shipsy portal > Setup section > Rate Masters.
* Click on “Add New Contract” and enter the details for the name, customer along with date range. Also, depending upon the customer need, can maintain time period wise contracts as per the need.

* Similarly, can add the contracts in bulk via excel file option available on Shipsy portal.![image.png](/kb-images/vendor-rate-masters--1bioook0/img_003_71e2c2039b.png)
* Now, depending upon the customer code and service type, different charges are defined and visible in the Contracts tab. Also, depending upon charge heads and their properties, each charge is configurable as per customer requirements.

  **Outcome:** Various contracts are defined and visible in Contracts tab with respect to customer and associated service type
