How to create a booking from the smart track App?

**What is Online Booking and when it will be used?**

This is an option for the riders to create the bookings using the Smart Track app. The ‘Online Booking’ option in the menu below can be used.

The customer needs to be chosen from the drop-down. The drop-down will contain the list of all the customers mapped to the hub to which the rider belongs to. Once the customer is selected, the AWB number needs to be scanned or entered manually. After entering the list of AWB numbers, ‘complete adding consignment’ needs to be chosen.

Scan the address label so that the OCR(optical character recognition) will come into play and read the destination pincode, phone number, etc. If the image is not clear or if OCR fails, the rider will manually enter the pincode, phone number to complete the booking.
