**Ad-hoc Pickup**

This feature is to allow the riders to pick up the consignments which are not scheduled by the PRS script.

**When does a rider perform an Ad-hoc pickup?**

Suppose, the rider went to pick up 10 consignments from a customer but by the time the rider went for pickup, there were 15 consignments with the customer. The 10 consignments will be picked up for the pickup ID allotted from the pickup task lists but the other 5 consignments will be picked via Ad-hoc pickup.

**How does a rider perform Ad-hoc pickup from the Smart Track app?**

From smart track app, navigate to ‘Pickup Task List’ and choose the '+' icon as highlighted below.

Enter the details requested in the next screen i.e customer, Address, etc.
