**Description :** This page covers the process of unloading of a vehicle at the destination hub.

After receiving the trip, the consignments have to be unloaded from the vehicle.

This process can be also be completed by the V2 dashboard and hub ops app as well.

* Method 1 → V2 Dashboard
* Method 2 → Hub Ops App

### Method 1 → V2 Dashboard

* In the dashboard, click on **Mediums → Vehicle.**
* In the **Arrived** section, for the required vehicle, click on the three vertical dots in the action column.

* Enter the Waybill no at the below highlighted side box and press return/enter, click on Unload.![image.png](/kb-images/unload-middle-mile-vehicle--ors8aoxi/img_003_0f69346f4b.png)
* Click on Ok to complete the unloading process.

### Method 2 → Hub Ops App

* Enter Waybill No or scan the waybills.![image.png](/kb-images/unload-middle-mile-vehicle--ors8aoxi/img_006_8d129ac6c4.png)
* Click on **Unload** to successfully unload the vehicle.
