**Description :** This page covers the process of trip receival of a vehicle at the destination hub.

This process can be also be completed by the V2 dashboard and hub ops app as well.

### Method 1 → V2 Dashboard

* In the dashboard, click on **Mediums → Vehicle.**
* In the **Arrived** section, for the required vehicle, click on the three vertical dots in the action column.

* Enter **Seal No.** (provided at the time of trip departure)and **KM Reading** and click on **OK** to receive the trip successfully.![image.png](/kb-images/trip-receival-of-the-vehicle--ehoi801t/img_002_c4d2f184b8.png)

### Method 2 → Hub Ops App

* Enter **Seal No.** (provided at the time of trip departure)and **KM Reading** and click on **Okay** to receive the trip successfully.
