A bag is a physical entity where a user can add the required consignments headed for a particular bag destination hub.

There are two types of bag:

**Pure bag** is a bag that contains consignments which have the same destination hub code as that of the bag’s destination hub code.

**Console bag** is a bag that contains at least one consignment which do not have the same destination hub code as that of the bag’s destination hub code.

The consignments have to be added in a bag for the transportation processes.

**Bagging guide** defines a bag to allow only those consignments which have the same destination hub as that of the bag destination hub.

For the creation of a bag, we need to set up a bagging rule.
