**Title:** Transaction History

**Task:** We use COD calculation for accurate cash reconciliation operations. Cash On Delivery Transactions tab helps us (Hub Manager) to view all transactions submitted by the **Rider.**

**Prerequisites (if applicable):** All users with view access have the visibility to check for transactions done by required **riders** from time to time.

**Follow the below Instructions:**

1. **Open the Demo/Portal Link:** [**https://orgname.portal.shipsy.in/login**](https://ajexdemo.portal.shipsy.in/login)
2. **Username : Enter the Username**
3. **Password : Enter the Password**

* Navigated to Shipsy portal > Finance Operations > Rider Transaction History.

* Select the desired hub along with date duration for which the transaction needs to be viewed.
* Now, all the transactions done against the respective transaction ids would be visible along with mode of deposit and proof of receipt to ensure transparency.
* Also the status of settlement being done successfully (verified) is visible on the dashboard.

**Outcome:** Users would view all the transactions done by the Hub manager successfully into the Company's account with all the required transaction details.
