# Select Store and using search filters

Click on top left dropdown and type in the search bar the store for which dispatch screen you are looking to view. You can find orders relevant to the store.

If you want to search Order with a particular order number, customer name, customer phone, worker name, worker phone in mind go to search bar at top right of the screen. Choose the relevant filter you want to search on & that type value you want to search in the search bar.

Filter based on if you want to view breached orders or the un-breached ones.

\*Breached means if order is late from promised time.

Filter based on if you want to view Express Order Type orders or Planned Order Type ones.

\*Express orders are those whose orders received and are to be delivered right away.

\*Planned orders are ordered generally very early than delivery & their delivery time is planned.
