# How to edit Not Picked Up reasons

For any unsuccessful consignment delivery, the system requires a set of unpicked reasons for future actions regarding that particular consignment.

In the dashboard :

* **Edit Rescheduled Reason** option → A form shall appear with required fields to be edited.![image.png](/kb-images/how-to-edit-not-picked-up-reasons--qx8lhhph/img_009_75277ae326.png)
* Edit the form with the required changes and click on the **Update Not Picked Up Reason** button.
* You’ve successfully edited an **Not Picked Up** Reason.
