# How to delete ADM Auth

ADM coordinators are responsible for ADM vehicle pickups (regarding a request made by a franchise).

In the dashboard :

* Click on the Hamburger Menu (

  ) → Setup → Employees ([👨‍💼](https://emojipedia.org/man-office-worker/))→ Coordinator Auth

* Method 1 - **Delete (**

  * To delete a coordinator rule, click on the Delete (

    ) icon on the right side of the table.
  * Then confirm deleting the rule by clicking on the **Delete**button and the **Don’t Delete** button if you don’t want to delete the Coordinator Rule.![image.png](/kb-images/how-to-delete-adm-auth--s9hcahuv/img_005_9aa0e0127f.png)
  * If you pressed the **Delete**button, you’ve successfully deleted the ADM Auth rule.
* Method 2 - **Bulk Delete** Button → A form appears with the required fields to be filled.![image.png](/kb-images/how-to-delete-adm-auth--s9hcahuv/img_006_18298eaae8.png)

  * Click on **Select from Computer** to upload the Excel sheet.![image.png](/kb-images/how-to-delete-adm-auth--s9hcahuv/img_007_51e307296d.png)
  * One can also drag and drop the file into the space provided in the window.
  * You can download a sample Excel file to understand what data has to be entered by clicking on the **Download Sample Excel**option from the window.
  * Click on the **Delete Coordinator Rules** button.
  * If after uploading, you press the **Delete**button, you’ve successfully deleted the ADM Auth rules present in the excel sheet.
