# How to add undelivered reasons

For any unsuccessful consignment delivery, the system requires a set of undelivered reasons for future actions regarding that particular consignment.

In the dashboard :

* Click on the hamburger menu (

  ) → Setup → App Flow Config (

* Click on the dropdown menu at the top right and select the **Undelivered Reasons** option.![image.png](/kb-images/how-to-add-undelivered-reasons--vcafcl8r/img_004_eb604af4fb.png)
* Click the **Add New Reason**button. A form shall appear with required fields to be filled.![image.png](/kb-images/how-to-add-undelivered-reasons--vcafcl8r/img_005_1e8c0210a0.png)

  * If the checkbox for rescheduling delivery is selected, whenever that particular reason is selected, the delivery would be rescheduled for another date/ time.![image.png](/kb-images/how-to-add-undelivered-reasons--vcafcl8r/img_006_5f764cb31c.png)
  * Fill up the form and click on **Add Undelivered Reason**button.
  * You’ve successfully created an Undelivered Reason.
