# How to add Not Picked Up reasons

For any unsuccessful consignment delivery, the system requires a set of unpicked reasons for future actions regarding that particular consignment.

In the dashboard :

* Click on the dropdown menu at the top right and select the **Not Picked Up Reasons** option.![image.png](/kb-images/how-to-add-not-picked-up-reasons--te7eejn8/img_006_05b5ea9284.png)
* Click the **Add New Reason** button. A form shall appear with required fields to be filled.![image.png](/kb-images/how-to-add-not-picked-up-reasons--te7eejn8/img_007_c90fefe632.png)
* If the checkbox for rescheduling delivery is selected, whenever that particular reason is selected, the delivery would be rescheduled for another date/ time.![image.png](/kb-images/how-to-add-not-picked-up-reasons--te7eejn8/img_008_19e15cc952.png)
* Fill up the form and click on **Add Not Picked Up Reason** button.
* You’ve successfully created an Undelivered Reason.
