# How to add KYC mandatory fields

For any consignment delivery, the system requires the KYC verification of people who can collect the delivery.

In the dashboard :

* Click on the hamburger menu (

* Click the **Add New**button. A form shall appear with required fields to be filled.![image.png](/kb-images/how-to-add-kyc-mandatory-fields--lgqtgs0_/img_005_50e4b52110.png)

  * Fill up the form and click on **Add KYC Config**button.![image.png](/kb-images/how-to-add-kyc-mandatory-fields--lgqtgs0_/img_006_2a7b7b2c6c.png)
  * You’ve successfully created a new KYC Config.
