# Active and Disabled Vehicle setup

Vehicles that are currently in operations and working for the organisation are **Active Vehicles.**

Vehicles that are not working for the organisation or have left the company are called **Disabled Vehicles.**

### Active and Disabled Vehicle setup

* Click on hamburger menu () → Transport

→ Where to view Active and Disabled Vehicle ?

1. Click on **Update Vehicles** DropDown → **Show Disabled Vehicles**
2. List of **Disabled** Vehicles are visible
3. Click on **Update Vehicles** DropDown → **Show Active Vehicles** to view all active vehicles ![image.png](/kb-images/active-disabled-vehicles--szp9am1j/img_002_470371a837.png)
4. → How to Disable the Vehicle?

   1. Click on the **Disable Vehicle** button(![:x:](/kb-images/active-disabled-vehicles--szp9am1j/img_003_ab2f7f0b30.png) ) under **Action** column → A modal shall appear having two buttons → **Don’t Disable , Disable** . Click on **Disable** button to Disable the active vehicle.

   → How to change the Disabled Vehicle to Active Vehicle?

   1. Click on **Update Vehicle** DropDown → **Show Disabled Vehicle**
   2. List of Disabled Vehicle are Visible.
   3. Click on **Enable Vehicle** button(![:heavy_check_mark:](/kb-images/active-disabled-vehicles--szp9am1j/img_004_264350291a.png) ) under **Action** column. The vehicle will get activated.![image.png](/kb-images/active-disabled-vehicles--szp9am1j/img_005_bd35ae21ee.png)
