This article is related to the use of ‘delivery\_otp’ tag present in the communication module.

## Instructions

1. Go to Dashboard → Communication Config → Add New → Tags.
2. Search ‘delivery\_otp’ through the search menu present in the tags section.
3. You can use the ‘delivery\_otp’ tag in your SMS/Whatsapp template to send an OTP to the end customer at the time of delivery.
