Some of the organisations do not maintain virtual series at the customer level.

For all the orders, the AWB Number or the consignment numbers will be taken from the Global Series.

In order to add new global series, you can navigate to Set up → Customer → Customer Management → Global Virtual Series.

New series can be added by choosing the ‘Service Type’ and providing the start and end series.
